Triathlon = Sprint, check. Marathon = finished. Current focus: Smart off-season training in order to have an injury-free, fun season in 2007 (two Half IMs and my first Olympic). Is it just me, or is it weird that a guy commented on your hair? Even if it was Bolder? Not that your hair doesn't look great, it does...just that the comment came from someone of the male species. Hmmm.
